Help logging into Office.com

If you are having trouble logging into office.com, below is helpful information and troubleshooting steps. 


  • Be sure you are visiting https://www.office.com or an authorized site that is permitting you to use single sign-on with your Microsoft credentials.
  • If you just changed your domain (computer) password, the new password will not synchronize with Microsoft until the 1st or 3rd quarter of the hour. 
    • Example 1: If you changed your computer password at 8:00am, the next time our system would synchronize with Microsoft would be 8:15am
    • Example 2: If you changed your computer password at 8:34am, the next time our system would synchronize with Microsoft would be 8:45am. 


  • If you are sure that your password hasn't changed or are sure that the time elapsed is sufficient after changing your computer password, there is a possibility that your account is blocked. Please contact IT by communicating with your school administrative department.
